Pricing
To qualify for the 5i-Studio.com Reseller Plan, you need to sign up for a Normal Hosting Account.
Included in the Account are all the features you need to become a single-source supplier for your customers.
After you have got your own account you must purchase at least 10 accounts to start as a reseller after which subsequent accounts are purchased at a minimum of two at a time.
(Of course you can buy more than two at a time for additional discounts on higher volume purchases.)

Your Obligations to us
Billing
You always pre-pay for Accounts we do not run credit checks; as such we do NOT offer credit facility to any reseller.
You must purchase 5 Two Packs to begin with.
This will give you Credit for 10 Accounts for you to resell.
Then you can in turn bill your client for the amount you choose.
That gives you the ability to remain completely independent from 5i-Studio.com and to design your own pricing structure.
When you need to purchase additional accounts, you simply buy what is called a Two Pack that contains two Accounts, or purchase in bulk at our special rates.
Service Guidelines
Since your clients domains reside on our network, our Policy and Service Guidelines as laid out on our site will apply to resold accounts.
You are responsible for making sure that your clients abide by these conditions.
5i-Studio.com has the right to terminate any resold account or reseller license for violation of these policies.
Support
Here you have a choice:
a) 5i-Studio.com and its Partners can provide technical support directly to your customers if you want us to.
There is no EXTRA charge for having us provide your customers direct support we just leave it as an option, since many resellers prefer to keep us hidden from their clients.
It is a good option to take if you do not have a technical team or want to minimize your costs of providing your customers with support.
b) You can also choose to have us not provide technical support directly to your clients. As a matter of fact, if you choose this, we will have no direct interaction with your clients at all.
We will remain completely anonymous in the background, supporting you as you support your clients.
You would simply seek assistance directly from us, and you would then directly assist your customers.

Generic Online Manual Off Network Online Manual that you can send to your clients, to enable them to get assistance.
This Manual will not be branded as 5i-Studio.com, and Name Servers will be hidden to make it almost impossible
to trace us.
